Requests to our guests

1. Take your body temperature and disinfect your hands when you enter our hotel or facility
2. Manage your own physical condition
3. Refrain from using our restaurants, etc., if you have symptoms such as fever
4. Wear a mask in public areas
5. Use cashless payment if possible (recommended)
